Hi everyone,
A couple of weeks ago, Wen brought home 3 kittens.
One of them has become a bit aggressive and growling lately.
I went to pick it up and it clawed me and bit me good causing my finger to bleed.
The Philippines emphasizes prevention and I saw online that if you get symptoms of rabies then it is already too late and most likely will be fatal.

So I received 5 shots. 2 in each arm and one on the finger - Big Ouch!
I'm taking antibiotics as well.
I will go back 2 more times for shots. Sept 15 & 19.
I had the kitten tested for rabies and it came back negative, but we have put it in a cage until Oct 10th. If it is still alive then it obviously didn't have rabies or it would be dead by then.
If it dies, then I have a final shot of something on Oct 10.
If alive, we will give the kitten away as I don't want it to hurt Melissa Jeane. We still have the other 2 kittens.
Not exactly how I expected my day to go. haha
