From Claude Pro to Claude Max - Warp Speed Ahead - Details Included

Hello Everyone,

With so many Claude agents working at the same time, I started hitting limits on credits and waiting hours for that to reset so I could work with Claude again so at least for 30 days I am now using Claude Max which 5 times the credits available.

I saw the difference immediately.

I use the regular Claude window as well as 4 current Claude on Chrome on 4 different website/windows and I use Claude Cowork which is installed on my PC and I often have them all working simultaneously even while I am sleeping.

What have they been doing for me?

I had one searching for every Catholic bookstore in the USA and providing their contact info as well as I plan to soon reach out to them soon to offer some of my unique titles to sell wholesale to them.

I had Claude Cowork build me a Mind Map

Its more than just an image. This was the initial setup. Here it is now:

The orange numbers represent Action that is need to be taken. It might be ongoing or a single one time task.

Clicking one one of those will take me to a Hand Off Log:

Which is currently 4 times longer than what you see here. It prioritizes and rates the importance of action needed and will also hold future action items that are not critical right now.

It does something else that is very important. It is taking that info out of my brain and recording it here. I've had brain overload for quite some time. haha It removes the overload, removes stress and makes life much more manageable.

I have Claude Cowork building and refining an OCR Scanned images to actual text and cleaning that will provide me the clean text to have a public domain title 90+% ready to be edited/formatted for publishing, I want to be able to create at a minimum 50 titles a day. That becomes 18,250 new titles a year.

I had another Claude search for book titles for reprinting. Once found it would determine if they are online and provide me the info and url so I can take action on those. So far over 8000 titles have been documented and those are in a select niche.

I have had Claude in Chrome chat directly with my GPT Chief of Staff so they can coordinate with each other. Powerful!

I kept my Chief of Staff in the loop when the Mind Map was created and the COS provided valuable feedback to Claude Cowork to enhance the Mind Map and the Hand Off Log.

I have had Claude go through some of my email labels and discover things I had forgotten that we need to take action on.

One thing found was a book that I was working on writing in 2017 by sending notes to myself via email. I then had Claude take those notes and rearrange them into a book draft in proper order and suggestions where I need to fill in gaps. Wow. Unbelievable . This will get published later this year.

I've had Claude process and inventory all my published titles on Amazon and Lightning Source which gave me a higher title than I had. Obviously I forgot to add some titles when I was working on them. With recently published titles I now have 1749 titles published.

By knowing my top sellers, it makes it easier to add titles to my ongoing Amazon Ads Campaigns which I monitor daily and pause unproductive campaigns that cost more than they earn.

It also identified titles where I should raise my prices and covers that can be improved.

All of my AI has access one way or another have access to my Mind Map and tasks.

The Future Is Now!

These are just SOME of the things we have been working on this past week and Claude Max made it possible. I may be able to downgrade to Claude Pro at the end of the 30 days as the hard work will be over by then. Who knows? We will see.
