I was shocked to learn tonight that Phil Lancaster passed away on June 30th 2026.

He was 82.
Phil was seriously info fitness thus the shock even at 82.
He was a WA member who Joined December 2018 and I believe only about a year ago left the platform. I stayed in contact with him on Facebook. He lived in Australia.
I don't know if its just me, I'm 68, but it just seems to hit me harder when others pass away.
I know we are not promised tomorrow.
