Ask Lots of Questions

Hello to all. I hope everyone is having an amazing day. I am here to continue on my post about how to draw people to you and your business.

1) Smile Often

2) Encourage one another by giving compliments

3) Try to remember a person's name.

4) Always try to give a good first impression

5) Ask lots of questions

6) Put down the cell phone when you are talking to people

Today, I will talk about asking lots of questions. If there is one thing I have learned ,it is to ask lots of questions. I am a prime example. LOL. But, so true. I am working on building my website. I am pretty sure I am getting to the point to where I will have to ask a ton of questions. I am stuck on the about me page of my website. I will more than likely ask for some critique and opinions once I finish that part.

Ok. Now let's get to the good stuff. People love to talk about themselves and tell you things. So ask them questions when you are prospecting. The more interest you show in a person, the more they are interested in talking to you. Ask real questions that will help you get to know the person. Don't sound like a sales person. Ask them questions about life and they will tell you. Don't ask questions as if they were in an interview. Be genuine.

I have so much to learn

You are so on the money: Smile & encourage, it shows warmth and real interest. Never a stupid or bad question, right? Remember people's name, it shows respect. 1st impression stays the longest. I love your attitude.

Good advice! Online it can be seemingly a bit different than face to face, but somehow you have to convey that same message with your approach...

Writing in the first person, much like you are holding a conversation can be helpful from my experience, and is an acceptable approach with blogging......

This is often the easiest path for people not used to writing too. It follows your natural tendency to converse with someone. I imagine I have a person or a group in front of me and try to tailor the writing as if I was speaking to them...

Be yourself and genuine, have the best interests of people over making a quick buck and try to give more than you get, and likely you are going to have success...

Cheers!
