You can simply activate SSL in the SiteManager.
It doesn't matter where the domain is from.
As long as the site is hosted here you can use the SSL from WA.
Go to the SiteManager and click on "Details" under your website.
Then activate SSL and make sure it is really active on every page and post.
Sometimes there are images or links that are not "safe". Have to make them safe then.
