My 12 Most Memorable Moments Here At Wealthy Affiliate
In the spirit of the Holidays, I have decided to put
together “My 12 Most Memorable Moments Here at Wealthy Affiliate”. This list is
basically not in order. It’s how I remember my journey here in Wealthy
Affiliate – not necessarily the order of importance to me. It would be so hard
for me to choose if I do this list that way…lol…
12. Of course this list will not be complete if I don’t
include the day that I joined Wealthy Affiliate (November 7, 2013). Also, the
day that I clicked the getting started button and went through the courses
(both the get started here course and the affiliate boot camp).
11. Another important day for me was when I upgraded to
premium and when I posted my first blog here!
10. When I decided that my domain name would be
www.thisandthatgig.com – I think I was checking out some of the gigs at
www.fiverr.com. They really fascinate me. Over 3 million gigs you can get there
now for $5. So that is how I actually named my domain..lol…
9. The day I started following someone at WA and someone
started following me. I actually love this concept so much. When someone follows
me I immediately start following them back – why? I want to see their progress.
I want to know what they are blogging about, at least be able to help them in
my own little ways. Also learn from everyone that I am following. This
community is all about sharing (give and take).
8. The day I completed all the contents for my website. Blog
posts and pages. It was a wonderful feeling.
7. Wordpress Dashboard – my first journey to the unknown
world of wordpress…lol..Thanks to Wealthy Affiliate it was not as scary and as
foreign starting your website from scratch. It’s one of the most exciting days
here at Wealthy Affiliate!
6. Yaaay – l should not forget the first day I made a few
dollars. It was like hitting the jackpot or cover all playing bingo….lol…It’s the
fruits of my labor. I worked hard at it, and it’s something I will cherish for
the longest time. Update I have made over $50 big bucks so far!!
5. The first day I attempted to answer and help out someone
that has a question or even just adding a comment to a blog. It gives me
satisfaction, and it makes me happy. I love hanging out here in WA.
4. Google analytics, my other affiliate networks – these are part of my daily routines. Seeing how my website is doing is pretty awesome. Every little thing helps! Special day was when my views hit the 100 mark.
3. I can’t even remember my rank (I think I was 23,000
something) the first few days after I joined – now I am under 500, and it’s
because of all you wonderful people that like my posts…lol…Thank you to all of
you that care enough to read and get to know me. For taking the time to read my
posts – I promise I will try to do the same for you.
2. November 25, 2013 – this and that gig was finally
completed. 10-12 hours during the weekends a few hours during the week. It was
time well spent! It was a fabulous day.
***SPECIAL THANK YOU: to Kyle and Carson without Wealthy
Affiliate I would not have been able to finish my website. You made this a
reality for me and a lot of people here in Wealthy Affiliate. You have a great
community here, and I know you are very, very proud of what you have done here!
Also to everyone that provides excellent training on the side. You guys take
the time to create a blog post for us to learn from – you guys are awesome, and
you know who you are. I am a huge fan of you guys!
1.The day I shared my personal story with you as to what my
“big reason why” is – everyone has their reason and dreams as to why they
joined Wealthy Affiliate. Everything is here for you to learn and with the
support of the community there is nothing that can prevent you from completing
that first website. Now it’s just up to you! Go on and build that website!
Hope you enjoyed this post as much as I did!
Good luck on your journey! Start small but dream big!
