I don't know why but I do know what you need to do for an IPS tag. If it is a UK domain you need to ask the person was holding the domain me now to change the IPS tag for you

@TheCatherine Do you mean the company that my domain is with already needs to give me the new ip tag? And does this mean that WA does not have their own Ips tag ?

Ask support what they require to transfer a co.uk because you cant buy them from WA

Are Domains not able to be transferred in seamlessly through website domains? or is this a domain that is not a wordpress domain so requires work on before getting transferred here?

Every domain from wherever you bought it from requires an authorisation code to be able to transfer it. Basically the authorisation code is like a verification to say you own it so your new hosting domain company will ask you for that authorisation code. To them it is proof that you actually own the domain if that makes sense

Just dropped in for both support and genuine interest as Kyle explained in training that is was a simple matter either to transfer out or in. When I saw Catherine was here you couldn't have a more capable and knowledgeable by your side so I asked my question and departed happily knowing you were in very excellent hands.
