Goals & Dreams.
Goals are made to make a dream a reality in waiting. There is no other higher determinant on the greatness of a person than by the size and nobility of his fulfilled goals. A person without a goal is like a boat with a hole on its floor and without a rudder to sail on.

Goals is only as strong as our grit and desire to succeed. It is the action and the power to march on for the fulfillment of promises to one’s soul to do the tiny thing and detailed step in satisfying what the goal requires to achieve it.

My Father's Point of View on Goals My US educated father once told us his children ‘be on top’; do not consider second or third a goal. Always make a goal to be on the top for when you failed to reach the highest you may only end up just one or a few steps below. There is no substitute for being first’.

Goals Fulfilled

While I ended up just an ordinary happy guy in the corner I am a neighbor of my somehow fulfilled goals and created a life filled with no regrets and living on with peace, joy and courage. Some of my siblings fulfilled their goals as doctors, authors, professors, business owners becoming the experts and authorities in their own field of endeavors. And some lived simply but all the same filled with glee. You see we 12 children of our parents. All with food on the table three or more times a day. And can travel to see the world. My goals are yet to be realized but these are the new journeys I undertake not by a whim but by the desire to share, to help and to give away to those who could be the difference we are waiting for to change the world to become a better place to live in even if that world is the small community where I belong. Goals that is so big are more often than not, the source of ridicule and scoff by people and the birthplace of great people like those in the WA community.

Goals & The WA Community

The wonder of our WA community is the unity of those who do not stop believing in the possibilities of their goals. Not a few of them continue to realize success upon success. The beauty of goals are in taking action. It is like obeying the commands of one’s heart and the desire of the soul to embrace and behold the ever shining dream so that they could bring out its child named ‘Success’.

Great Goals

Great Goals are the intent of the plan and the purpose of living by which we based our action - never can be cowered or swayed by the strength of the storm or the height of the flood of life’s challenges.

Solid Goals

Solid Goals are the compelling yearnings and outcry of love within to be the ‘land of promise’ we wanted to reach to show to our loved ones the beauty of our cherished dream. A goal realized is sweet and if it is shared, the sweetest.

Goals - The Act of Ovulation

Success is taking shape in the daily tasks in the fulfillment of goals through the small things we do interlinking the chain of action. The act of writing your goals is like the act of ovulation where the process begins into the well-conceived course of actions we start doing, the quiet and assured action giving birth to Success. Goal remains goal but when it is finished well it is called success.

Goals and Success and TheSeven P's

Success favors those people with what I call the seven P’s: Passion, Power (energy, good health, stamina, endurance) Positivism, Patience, Perseverance, Productivity and Possession (of clarity of goals, of focus, conviction, big why’s). Without a goal you will remain as where you are more likely be subjected by time and circumstances. But with goals backed by the 7 P’s you subjected the time in your hands and your circumstances in your control. More on & P’s later on my upcoming blogs)

Meaningful Goals

Meaningful Goals are not easy, just like Manny Pacquiao who became the eight divisions boxing champion of the world who practiced far, above and beyond what was required of him for a championship boxing bout of round 12. He practiced daily boxing with sparring partner up to round 36t.

When we do our goals as punishing as what Manny Pacquiao had done… success becomes like picking berries in the park. The harder and higher the goal the greater the success.

Conclusion

In conclusion keep your goals alive, boosting your sagging spirit into a juggernaut force towards your cherished dream like the unstoppable Pacman of Boxing surging towards the direction of World Boxing Champion one after another in the ladder of Boxing divisions. All these are my burning solid belief of what is a man of success and not just a man of goals. For our goals are the action plan and our plan is the blueprint of success.
