Yes I have uploaded my photos to the library and pressed create gallery but then cant insert it, nothing happens!
Yes, I understand, but you sometimes have to select the pictures as well, to add them to you gallery
Well thank you Loes, that solved that query. I had to click on each one up to upload which I don't think the training made clear. However they are all now tiny photos which look ridiculous and not the same as when they were in the media library, so still need some work on it, so this is just the next problem now. Think I need a break!
Before you upload the pictures, you better make them all the same size, and as your media library has a cache memory, you need to rename them as well, before uploading again

Have you tried using a different browser yet?
Using a Firefox browser (latest version) and Windows7, I followed the following training Adding a new page with media and had no problem completing the task.
Only other option you would have is to use a plugin.
well it doesn't like internet explorer either! and the link you provided is the one I am following! I think I know what I need to do but for some reason it wont insert. I am sure it must be something simple but its driving me mad! I don't know anything about plug ins as yet?
Okay Jackie, I think I know where you are at with this. It's time to take a deep breath and literally walk away for a spell. Take a break ... seriously.
Bets it is something really simple. So ... when you come back, take the lessons and either print each page off, copy and paste the instructions into a Word doc and print them off ... which ever way is easiest ...
Then ... with those PRINTED instructions in front of you, using Opera or Firefox (Opera is best!), make yourself follow those instructions one step at a time.
I've been where you are with something as basic as this before myself. When we humans get frustrated, then NOTHING works. SO ... take a break first and foremost ... FIRST. Please?
I will take your advice and take a break. I did manage to upload them, but they don't look right when I checked on my site!

I am based in the UK and have a holiday home in Cornwall which I don't as yet have a website for. Can I use WA to host this and can I set up a co.uk through site domains?
it is my understanding you have the autonomy to use it for any niche of your choice. With premium you have a greater advantage with our own domain.
