FInally. I've been found !
So .... It has only taken just under 2 months to reach this milestone !
I have been checking my website daily for about 3 weeks, getting a little disheartened reading everyone else's blogs about becoming indexed, but now feeling happy I have now joined this club. However, having found out I am indexed, I cannot find myself on Google! Well I can find my website but not where I am or on what page.
Do you find yourself using your own targeted keywords and trawl through or is there an easier way?
Another basic question is how do you connect to Google.com from the UK as I constantly seem to connect to Google.uk?
My excitement at finding I have earned my google index badge and becoming Google indexed has been overshadowed by my lack of knowledge as to where I am.
I am sure I will get there and I won't give up, I have created only the basic 3 pages and requested a couple of comments on my site. That has enabled me to be found. I am only slowly being able to add content and forge ahead with the training, but step by step does it and I am definitely the tortoise in this new venture, but tortoises do get there!
Hope this gives hope to the other tortoises out there. This does not need to be a race !

Congrats!! It takes a while to actually be found on google itself because you have to build website trust. The more traffic and the more trust you build the higher up you become on the google platform. Hope that is somewhat helpful. I'm still building my way up too!
I think for you connecting to UK google is likely because of your computers ISP number which connects you to your location and internet access. as to whether you can connect to US or not I am not sure.
Thank you. I thought it must be something like that but I am not sure how to change it yet! And yes I know I need to start adding more content but it seemed others were getting there much quicker .. Which they are, but I need to get over that! lol!
You can get a ISP to connect yourself to the US but if you do that route do your research on a appropriate program so you are not doing anything illegal!
