My screen shows I have a little purple diamond, but when I try to watch some of the videos, it gets about 2 sentences in and tells me to Upgrade. What do I do?
Hi, Michelle. You have most probably started to watch a Premium Plus video. Check that the video you want to watch has the same purple diamond as you have on your profile.

There's premium and premium plus. You get all the core training with premium. However, some videos from members of Wealthy Affiliate require you to be premium plus.
So this shows up on the home page and I can’t respond to the posts.

I’m so lost and confused already, and this is the kind of non-sense that makes me want to cancel. I’m Scottish and have a wee lack of patience. Sorry.
