Direct sales is effective for both the seller and the buyer
One out of every five people people will be working in direct sales in the future. It has been demonstrated that direct sales is effective for both the seller and the buyer and it lowers the cost of the products.
In a time when it is difficult to get good jobs, direct sales gives you the opportunity to be your own boss and you do not have to invest money in owning stock or paying for a rent or lease on a building or office.
Being in direct sales is also hard work and it takes commitment. You have to take time to understand what you are selling, you have to have a business plan and you must have integrity. People associate you with the products, so you must truly believe what you say and truly believe in what you are selling, but you must always do it in a way that is humble and not arrogant.
I have my own business in health and skin care and it is very rewarding to be able to help others to have better health from the inside and the outside and it brings me great satisfaction. This is no different than when you tell your friends about a great movie that you have seen or a good restaurant that you have visited you want them to share in the same great experience! The difference is now you will get paid for telling them about another great experience.
People need to trust me, just as I need to respect that people have different needs. In training we talk about the importance of listening to the customer and then giving them the best solution to meet their needs.
I place a lot of confidence in our direct sales team who receive support and education from me. Please take time to check out the company and the products, just like you would with any other job and especially pay attention to how you will be paid, because you need to have confidence that this is the right job for you!
Finally, make sure that your customers are not just happy, but that they are really happy and give them the best service possible. Do not be afraid to ask them why they are happy about the health and skin care products and to share their experiences with others. When they do, they become your champions and you will be successful!
