It's just the beginning
Hi everyone!
My adventure with WA has started about 3 weeks ago.
I have a normal daily job (part time). Few weeks ago I had a surgery and I had to take 8 weeks off from work. I had too much free time while recovering and I started searching some ideas how to make money online.
WA (unfortunately) wasn't the first choice I've made. I've wasted some time doing different things - which were too absorbing and neither taught me anything, nor brought any profit.
My hubby found an article by StefanC. about some scams online etc. He recommended Wealthy Affiliation and I've decided to try it - and here I am :)
I am very proud of what I've created - of course it's just a beginning and there's lots of thing I still need to work on. I think I've chosen the right direction.

Welcome Gosia, and best of luck! New here to WA as well and getting ready to publish my first site here today.
Well, I WAS going to publish my 1st site here. That was the plan, after all. I've been building the site on another hosting company where I have all my other business sites. So when I went to login Monday morning and start the work of transferring everything, I was locked out. Not just that site - but ALL of them. The hosting company (who has been a pain to deal with for the 11 years I've been with them) insisted it was something on my end and not on theirs.
After 6 hours of back and forth with them, I gave up. Yesterday the Tech Crew here at WA moved ALL of my sites from my (now former) hosting company. So now ALL of my sites to date, and ALL of them moving forward, will be here at WA.
So there's a longwinded way of saying - the Tech and Support and Potential here are awesome. If you ever feel discouraged, stay the course. You're in the right place. Peace Gosia. :-)
This does sound like a pain...
I've heard only positive opinions about the Support team of WA - however I personally haven't been able to sort out a problem regarding my website with the Support crew - as I was told my website works perfectly fine. It isn't - or it's something wrong with my Internet browser.
I am glad you've had such a positive experience after all :)
I do believe it's the right place. People here are really helpful.
You do not feel like you are on your own when there's a problem you can't solve.

I typically use Chrome. That being said, when designing sites I also view them in Edge, Firefox, and Internet Explorer, and well as my Android, to see how they appear. This morning I was having trouble accessing WA via Chrome and am now using Edge to navigate the site. So maybe try a different browser? Hope this helps, best of luck! :-)
