Hi Matt, once we have created the website we can not change the domain name.
Probably the easiest way to go about it considering that your site is relatively new is to create another site using your preferred domain name.
If there is little content on your site, like only a few pages probably easier just to copy and paste the content to your new site.
Then delete your old site or use it as a test site. How Do I Delete a Website? If there is more content then back up your site then transfer the content to your new site. Backing Up Your Website If you are looking longer term then see if you can acquire your chosen name as a .com or similar. Have a look.

you can delete it and create a new one. Just save whatever content you have on it so you can transfer it to your new domain
