I have just found Raw Pixel, which appears to be a fairly new stock photo website.
Photos are free to use for both personal and commercial purposes. No links or credit are required but they say that credit would help them to grow.

Terms of use are clear and straightforward.
I haven't used any of their pictures yet so can't comment on their quality. However, I intend looking there when I next require stock photos.
