Hi - click on your profile photo at the top right of the screen, and go to Account Settings and Subscription. Scroll down to see the Cancel Billing option.
There are no refunds as per the terms and conditions of the platform. However, if you believe you have exceptional circumstances, go to wealthyaffiliate.com/contact and explain your situation.

Has anyone have any problems sending emails from their site email? I can receive emails, but I am unable to send emails. Site Support has been unable to help so far.

Sometimes we expect SIteSupport to have a magic wand, but alas, they don't. So, I can appreciate your frustration, as I'm guilty of the same sort of thinkin' at times.
However, using WebMail is never recommended for business use. What has always been recommended is to setup our domain email addresses forwarded to a gmail account.
Inside the gmail account, you can setup your domain email so that you can send and receive email using you domain email, which is more professional looking.
