Overwhelmed Much? Go At Your Own Pace BUT Take Action!
Hi all, so one of the many things I have learned on this journey of trying to start a blog is that it is so important to go at your own pace so as not to overwhelm yourself into giving up.
That being said though, you need to take action. Taking action is the key to your success.
Figure out what your pace is by learning what your triggers are for becoming overwhelmed. Once you find yourself becoming overwhelmed then stop what you are doing and just soak everything in that you just did, learned or want to do next. Then after you have had time to process everything and calm down, well then you can start again.
This is how I am able to keep moving forward and it is a lesson that took me forever to learn but now that I have I will not let myself revert back to old habits. This new chapter in my life is much too precious and interesting for me to go backwards. I am hoping that it will also help some of you.

Terrific post!!! You hit the proverbial nail on the head. I joined the WA community about 6 weeks ago and I am still doing the certification process. I agree... too often we focus on the negative which only drags down our energy, and so our productivity. Refocusing on the positive, past and present, has always been useful in building me back up and driving me forward.
