You can create new Habits
When you are at your wits end, just breath. Take some time for yourself. It is OK to have a moment to yourself. As a mom I used to feel guilty for even asking to take a bath. I had to realize that I wasn't being selfish. Everyone needs a break. Even you signal parents. Take a moment to yourself. If it is after the kids go to bed, Then just sit in the silence for a moment. Don't do those dishes right now, you can wait for a min.
I finally understood that it is OK to heal myself, so that I can be my best self.
I always try to find things to read to help me out. I saw some things on Facebook that I really felt were good thoughts. Here is what I found.
You can rise up from anything. You can completely recreate yourself. Nothing is permanent. You're not stuck. You have choices. You can think new thoughts.
Until you heal your own inner self and give yourself permission to be free, you will never succeed.
Nurture yourself so that you are clam. Be mindful of yourself. (not selfish)
When a door closes, knock on it a few times. If it still dosen't open, let it stay closed, in career, in love, in life. When you see the period at the end of a sentence, don't try to turn it into a comma. Know when something is over and move on.
