Well I just finished All the training. Now what?I have been in a routine with this. I kind feel like a kid again, going to school on my own, with nobody holding my hand. I'm nervous to go without. When you are at your wits end, just breath. Take some time for yourself. It is OK to have a moment to yourself. As a mom I used to feel guilty for even asking to take a bath. Hello, I'm will start with I;m sorry for my rant in my last post. I was very cranky. I'm sure you noticed. I was having a rough week, Not that, that is an excuse. You all have been sweet and encouraging. Again I'm sorry for my frustration.So....I kept going through the training, and I'm getting better.
