Happy 1-Month Anniversary To My Website!
It's officially been a month since I joined Premium here at WA, and that means it's also my website's 1-month anniversary! To celebrate, I thought I'd look back at what I have achieved in this month, and where I hope to be going after this!
Training, Training and More Training!
So of course, as a newbie, I went through the Online Entrepreneur Certification course, and managed to finish this training within 2 weeks of joining WA. I built a website, optimized SEO data, wrote tons of posts, and engaged on WA to get some feedback and comments for my website.
I set up my own domain and e-mail address, had custom logos made, and tinkered away at the layout of my website to make sure it's as professional and user-friendly as possible.
My niche is skincare, which is quite a competitive one but something that I'm really passionate about. I often find myself getting carried away by the information in my own posts!
Currently, I'm going through the Bootcamp training. Not necessarily to create a second website promoting WA, but to keep expanding my knowledge. It never hurts to keep learning!
Setbacks
I've written a couple of blog posts on WA about my frustrations, and this is something to keep in mind too. It's not all going to be sunshine and rainbows on the road to success. I got so frustrated multiple times on things not working as they should, not liking what I wrote, or simply lacking any motivation to write at all.
On top of that, I'm not a patient person. At all. This means that seeing almost no organic traffic
on my website is frustrating. I do realize, however, that this will come as my website grows.
However, I'm very proud of myself for picking myself up again after these moments and I'm happy I'm still trying to make this work. Who knows, maybe it's the membership price making me use this website, since I'm not about to waste $50 a month. If I'm spending the money, I'm using the tools!
What I'm Doing Now
At the moment, I'm getting ready to go back to college after the summer so I'm not spending as much time on my website as I should. I've put the training on hold for now and am solely focusing on improving my website and writing posts.
I try to engage on social media as much as possible and make sure to keep my website performance up to par. I've had my website moved to the new beta servers yesterday, and today rewrote all of my initial posts to improve user experience.

Now these numbers may look massive for a website that's only a month old, but remember that a lot of the visitors are WA members leaving comments or feedback. It's all about the organic traffic that's going to improve my earnings, and I've only got a couple of clicks through search engines or socials.
Nevertheless, I am incredibly proud of what I've achieved in just one short month, and look forward to the next one!

Hi, you are progressing so much more than me in my first month, you will do well in this business.
Way to go! I have been with Wealthy Affiliate for a little over a month and I am going a lot slower. Lol
Family and another job doesn’t allow for me to spend too many hour in training. But I am just trotting along slowly and I can’t wait to see what I can accomplish in one year!
