I have just completed my first bit of content for my website. I have written 1,473 words on the same topic. Is this too many words?
For me, I write around 1K words for review type articles and around 700 words for general info articles.
i think you should write the words that you feel is relevant .. i have heard people say it must be 400 some say 800... i personally think we will never know the answer... but word on the street is search engines want good content.. so i thik if you can look at your article and say to yourself...yes that does the trick.. (whether its 200 words ot 2000) thats what i would personally do... hope this helps?

Hi, how many words should go into a short piece of writing?
I have just completed my first bit of content for my website. I have written 1,473 words on the same topic. Is this too many words?
Our society has developed a culture of short attention span. Good writing is not as relevant to the masses as it once was, not even among the well-educated. Shorter is better if you can say what you need to say, but you shouldn't cut it too short to be able to efficiently deliver your information.
That said, write from the heart and then edit. If you can make it shorter and lose nothing of importance, do so. The sad truth is, more people will read a shorter piece. However, if you need to make it longer, make it wonderful. You can engage this attention-deficit audience that we court on the internet, but you have to give them a reason to read on.
A good seasoned writer will tell you that it's finished when it's finished. Try to be objective and go from there. Good luck!

Have you updated the DNS servers? This article might help. WA Hosting - Setting Up Your Domain DNS
Hi, thanks for your response
I have done all of that. The status is currently set at domain transfers in progress. It has been set at that since yesterday. Is this the cause of the problem I'm having.
Maybe the domain is still propagating? But you've said it's been like that since yesterday. I guess try to wait a little more or try to contact WA support for help.

When you click on "themes" and "add new" you want to then click on "feature filter" and select colors or layout or features or even a subject!
Hope this helps
