By the way, the website that I move from will be automatically deleted in 30 days.
What if I wanna keep it? As this is for moving/transferring a site,
not just cloning.

Are the domains that I buy here unlocked (opted out of 'ICANN' ) or they are locked for 60 days?, as I might want to sell the domains the same day that I buy them.
as far as I know it has nothing to do with ICANN. You can transfer a domain on the same server on the same day. I.e. if you buy a domain with name cheap you can transfer it to another domain user within name cheap. If you buy A domain on Godaddy you can Transfer it to another new so on Go daddy. What you can't do is transfer it out of that server i.e. you cannot transfer a domain from a user in name cheap to a user on Go daddy hope this makes sense. You might want to contact site support to clarify

I have sold domains from Godaddy to people who used other hosts.It is possible to sell domains from any site that parks domains to outsiders.I just wanted to know if domains are unlocked here.
