Weekend here
I have just finished my last post for the week & published it.
Time to set the computer down for the weekend, step away from it & re charge my batteries ready for next weeks onslaught.
Wish I could say I will be relaxing but I shall still be here at my gym working & lots of personal training that I have to do over the weekends so absolutely no hope of picking my computer up anyway.
Now I have to settle down & write a personal diet for a customer so that is where my head is now going to be at.

It is a good day at WA.. I learn 6 days a week usually 2-6 hrs. a day. I take Sundays off to recharge my batteries just like you got to recharge. I find when my cup is full I need to pour it out and share with someone else. My brain get full so I have to make room for more WA. It is always a good day at WA!
