The Ride... Yeah the Ride!

Life... and Affiliate Marketing in particular, resembles a roller-coaster, so strap up and hold on tight!

You'll start off at ground level and start to move slowly... feeling so excited, just like when you've signed up to become a premium member here at wealthy affiliate.

Then there's an upward climb to reach a peak... you can see the top and that's where you want to be with your affiliate marketing efforts. But it's a slow climb to the top so be aware of that.

When you think you've reached your peak...

Boom!

Now the ride really starts to get moving, just like when you've started to learn affiliate marketing and you create your very first brand new website. The feeling is overwhelming!

There will be a few times when you'll feel a decline in your affiliate marketing efforts and feel like you're literally upside down with nowhere to go.

Just hold in there! Don't fall out! The ride gets better!

Then the twists and the bends that you'll experience in affiliate marketing can make you really feel on edge. Get a firm grip, hold on to the rails and whatever you do, just - don't - let - go!

You'll feel like you stomach has hit your head and you're just going around and around in circles.

But whoever said that the ride was going to be easy?

Then once you've done one course of the ride. You really start to lighten up and feel incredible about yourself because you've now mastered your fears and are ready for another go at it.

Whatever the ride throws at you, sit tight, hold on, and don’t let fear tell you that you're going to crash.

To build a roller coaster takes planning, accuracy, knowledge, time and effort.

Just look at Kyle's & Carson's experience of building wealthy affiliate that we all enjoy using.

It must have been roller - coaster - frightening!

They must have repeatedly, frequently got a thrill for this ride as they faced their fears and rode out the ride, until they could step off the ride and let others get on and have ago.

Never the less Kyle & Carson strapped up and braced themselves for the ride of a lifetime!

Never the less Kyle & Carson strapped up and braced themselves for the ride of a lifetime

Me personally, you'd never find me on one of those roller-coasters, no, no way!

But life has its mysterious ways of throwing you on one, until the ride slows down and you can step off it successfully or fall off it successfully.

Either way let’s at least try to enjoy the ride, being wealthy affiliates in the making!

Thank you for your blog post, Mustafa, some great thoughts in there, it can be a bit of a rollercoaster ride!

One thing is for sure, you won't literally see me on one of those rides, it looks like you're the same! Despite the ups and downs, the Internet marketing journey is a great one that brings excellent opportunities.

Wishing you all the best.

Great analogy! I must tell you, though, it's too bad you aren't into the roller coaster ride...In my younger years, and that was a millenia ago, I used to love those rides. (I'm now 83.)

Funny, though, when I looked at your title, the first thing that flew into my head was memories of roller coaster roads. You may not have experienced them...in some midwestern areas, the ground rolls up and down, with no real hills, just lots of up and down. And when they build the roads, they don't level anything...just follow the land contour. The result: going up and down them bears a certain resemblance to the roller coaster ride.

Wow... you don't like 83, you're doing well there. Good on you!
And roller coaster roads... that must have been interesting, I've never really experienced that.
Thanks.

I am not a rollercoaster fan. I have taken small rides but not the big ones. I love the WA experience. I find the community here just the right fit for me.
