Creating Wealth with Wealthy Affiliates

Over the past two years, I haven't been that focused on affiliate marketing.

Instead, I've been focused on creating content for Realtors®. When they have a listing (home for sale) I go in and run through it once to photograph it, twice to shoot video, and a third time with a Matterport camera to create an online virtual tour. Then I fly a drone plane to get the aerial views and neighbourhood.

Then I edit the photos and videos, create floor plans, set up the virtual tour, and, if a Realtor® want it - this is where WA comes in - I will create a landing-page website where I can showcase all the content I've created for them.

To date, I've set up dozens of websites. While this isn't the type of website WA is promoting, that being affiliate marketing, I've pleased with their hosting platform because it is local, it ranks my new sites very quickly with Google, and for the most part, their site support has been good.

Here's an example of how these sites rank on Google: When I publish one of these sites on WA's platform, I use a street address URL which always shows up on the first page in search results and stays there until the listing goes live on MLS, and all the real estate websites pick it up. When that happens, my site gets pushed to page 4 or 5. What's interesting to me is, after a few weeks, it comes back up to page 1 or 2, even with the other heavy-hitter real estate websites still competing with it.

And that's without any additional blogging.

Just another example of the magic SEO sauce WA provides to their clients.
