Hi everybody. My name is Matt, I have been a member of WA for a little over a week and I am enjoying every minute of it. When a first joined up I only had basic computer skills and didn't think I would be able to understand the lessons let alone build a website from scratch. Now I have built a website, joined several communities related to WA and I can't believe I have done this in a little over a week. I have worked on the course and website with every spare minute and a few late nights. I have made this my job as I am unable to work my normal job due to an injury. I'm happy with my website and have had some positive feedback form people, which is fantastic.

I have chosen a niche in the skateboarding industry. It is a sport that I have a passion for and I found it easy to write content because I enjoy the subject matter. I have decided to make a website that shows skateboarding equipment from Australia's best online skate shops that is on SALE only. I am hopeful that I can get some of the heavy hitters on board.

i'm very proud of the fact that I have produced a website, produced a logo (which needs a bit of tweaking), written some good content, found a lot of great keywords that I can write content on and really learnt a lot about how it all works . And the main thing is , I really enjoyed it.

My goals for the next 3 months are to build a great website and keep refining it, get some rankings on google, get heaps of traffic on the site that are buyers and make some money.

My goals for the next 6 months are to maybe have another couple of sites up and running and have a good cash flow going as I would love to say that this is my full time job so I can get the work/life balance back again.
