Do you reflect on your life often? It is a good idea too! Reflection is therapeutic and is powerful for personal growth.

Without the quiet and honest reflection of your life, one will rarely bring into focus what is going on in his life.

When I reflect, I look to where I am at, am I where I want or need to be and how to change course if necessary.

What problems am I experiencing? Are these problems caused by me? How can I improve? Do I need a change in mindset?

Sometimes there is a tendency when reflecting on your life is to blame other people when you pinpoint a problem.

I have found that blaming others for my problems will not solve anything. If I honestly believe persons are causing a problem, address it and or cut them from your circle.

Reflection is a must for anyone who would want to change aspects of there life for the better. There must be a desire to do so.

Reflection will take honesty and a willingness to want to find areas in your life that need changing.

So begin today. Find a nice quiet space for a few minutes each day to begin reflection. As you get more and more comfortable with your process, you will begin to have insights on all sorts of areas in your life.

Make notes on these and begin focusing on addressing them making necessary adjustments. These adjustments will be critical putting focus and priority into your life.

Reflection can be a great life tool if properly.

Yes, reflection can be very good. It will show you where you were to where you are and how you are progressing and that is an awesome thing.

I don't know if there is a proper way of doing it but you will get better at it as time goes on.

Reflections are a great way to focus and re-focus on one's life. Finding a quiet place for about 15-minutes or more, similar to meditations techniques.

Yes that what it reminds me of is mediation actually you can combine the two and have about a 30-minute session then you gave me the idea thank you. You are right reflections are good for the soul.
