hi I have problem to hide the cont on my page
If I am understanding correctly, you want a background image to show behind your content page? A background image that show over your entire site is done under the 'Appearance' tab in Wordpress. Then you should see 'Customize'. There you have an option of adding a background image.

How to hide my cont so mine back ground picture show?

the cont cover my background page I wants to see the cont only when I click on it can you help
Okay I get. Currently I think your home page is showing as your privacy policy. To fix this, put the privacy policy in your footer widget. Then create a new page called home page for now.
Then go to Settings in Wordpress -- you'll see 'Reading' then click Reading Settings click 'Your homepage displays' as a 'static page'. Then select the home page as your page (as a placeholder for now).
In order to have your home page with the image the way you want it in the background to make it look good is to install a page builder plugin like Elementor. This is where you can customize the design you want. You can have the text boxes transparent or lightened so that you can still see the image with the text over it. Once you install and activate this plugin then create a new homepage and use the pagebuilder to design it. Make this as your new homepage static and delete the placeholder home page you created before.
Here is some training: How to use Elementor to build a webpage, post or landing page even I know this is annoying, but you're still in the learning phase. Don't worry this stuff will gets easier as you go. And elementor is easy drag and drop, you'll figure it out. Good luck.

My QUESTION IS ABOUT the warning message that comes on when you trying to
write the Privacy Policy on your web page
That's ok, post it still. It just means that it is duplicate content because we all use it as standard. Just do as "onmyownterms" said and check no-index and so forth as the video teaches so that search engines don't check it as duplicate content.
Just ignore it and make sure to mark you policy as 'noindex' 'nofollow' as instructed in the training.

You can use a plugin like Sumo to get started capturing emails on your site. Usually you need to offer a free eBook or something to get them to give you their email.
