First and foremost, backup your website so that you have EVERYTHING. Here's what I use: The Easiest Way to Move Your Site to Wealthy Affiliate and having this file, you can EASILY move your site to the new host.
Then you will need to obtain your new host's nameservers.
Once you have those, simply ask SiteSupport for their assistance in moving your domain to point to your new host, and make sure you provide the new nameservers to SiteSupport.

Once that has ALL been completed to your liking, you have one more thing to do so you won't have any charges on your account: Cancel Wealthy Affiliate Membership and Stop Billing I am sorry to learn that you feel it necessary to leave WA, as I truly feel this membership is priceless. You have an entire community at your disposal 24/7 to help you no matter what other online business you decide to pursue.
However, we all have our reasons to stay and/or go.
Wishing you only success with whatever you decide to pursue. Though, you need never feel bashful should you decide to return. We'd all welcome you back here at ANY TIME in the future.
