simple health tips
Lost 40 lbs. over the past few years. Was not dieting, although I am grateful that I did lose the weight. It was a little tricky because I had to work with my doctor to cut back on my insulin (Type 1 Diabetic) because I did not want to eat as many carbohydrates as I had before.
I just sort of lost my appetite, and did not want or need as much food. Has anyone else had a similar experience re weight lost?

Well when your diet is healthy your consumption of your daily diet will balance your weight. Sometimes when we are sick and can't can't eat it becomes a mini diet. Stay off of fast foods and try to eat a natural as possible there will be changes.
Asked the ? about losing weight due to a loss of appetite which is whap happened to me. Does anyone else have an experience like this that they would like to share?
