My Day 2

Yesterday was a rainy day. Even the dog was not really motivated to go for a walk!

But hopefully it is raining only outside! ;-)

After my 3 morning rituals that are:

• Making a coffee and drink it !
• Taking a shower
• Having 20 minutes meditation

i set goals for the today. I mean what I really want to achieve today.

1. going through the first steps in WA
2. finish 2 articles I started yesterday for my blog (the one I have in French about Family Coaching)
3. make a 25 minutes walk ( I just had an important surgery and I am still recovering but feel every day stronger, so I am trying every day to do a bit more than yesterday)
4. Do a couple paperworks .... I hate paperwork ! If you want to learn how to procrastinate paperworks I will surely be your best teacher!)
5. ..... I think 4 is good!

2 hours later...

First goal reached!

• I watch the first videos in WA (Start here button!)
• Completed my profil & my account
• Looked for a couple Members to follow
• Put comment on 5 posts I liked
• Started a website
• Made a list of niches I would like to explore & things I would like to share because they matter to me.
• Listen closely the video about being a Premium Member.
• And obviously wrote a post on my blog as you can read!!

How do I feel ?

What's about they other goals...

• walk done! I did 2 because of the dog! ;-)
• paperwork............ ok! I told you! specialist in procrastination. So I have now to put on my today TDL !
• Articles: Written! Will be posted today and Sunday.
• Bonus: I cleaned up the whole second floor of the house! Nothing special? It is for me as I am still recovering!

My daily morning routines are done. I have a program today, but will share it with you tomorrow.
