To Add Your Privacy Policy to the Footer to the Hiero Theme.

I'd been researching this for a few hours today both on WA and Word Press. I finally got it!!

1. Go to Dashborad - Appearance - Editor- Edit themes templates- footer.php

find the line with “all rights reserved” and add the item below next to it

<a href="privacy.php">Privacy Policy</a>

under this you will see this code with a domain name in it, this is mine below

</div><!-- .site-info -->

<div>

<ahref="http://tipsfromadoberman.siterubix.com/privacy.php">Hiero</a> by aThemes

</div><!-- .site-credit -->

Put your own domain name in here and then update the file.

2. Create a new page :

Dashboard - pages - add new

Put you Privacy Policy heading here in the first box then paste your privacy policy in the larger box.

Under the heading edit the permalink to : (place your domain name here)

http://domainname.siterubix/privacy-php

and press the edit button then the update button on the right in the publish box.

3. visit your site.

Hope this works .
