This is happy me. There is nothing that I love more than volunteering at Government Canyon State Natural Area. No, I do not get paid, but the privilege of working with the rangers and being in the middle of nature is more than I can ask for. I hiked there for almost 10 years, during which time I also taught in San Antonio. When there it was not uncommon to see me back pack, as many juices and snacks as I could carry, along with my trusty camera. We had fallen (my camera and I) more than once,
