Turmeric can also help with protecting your heart, keeps your liver healthy, reduces the chance of leukemia, fights prostate cancer, prevent colon cancer, relieves stomach pain, and so on and so on.

Thanks for this post, Mary. I don't have blood pressure or blood sugar problems, but I do have degenerative joint disease and degenerative disc disease in my neck due to an injury in a car accident in the 70s. I also have osteoarthritis in several joints, especially my hands. I take turmeric for both of these, and I believe that it also helps with my fibromyalgia pain as well. Carol
I too have spinal stenosis and degenerative disc disease due to an accident in the 70s. I also have arthritis. I find turmeric along with cbd oils gets me through.
Isn't our community amazing? It seems like I have something in common with almost everyone I've met on here! I haven't tried cbd oils, but have read that it does help with pain. I also use magnesium for muscle spasms that also helps the headaches as well as leg cramps that wake me up at night. Carol
