How to control your subconscious mind
your mind must be like a parachute, if a parachute does not open up it's of no use to you, the same is true of your mind, if you keep it closed you are standing still, and not fulfilling your life purpose of moving forward.
To take control of your mind, you must first take responsibility for everything in your life. That's right you and only you are responsible for everything that has happened in your life, every circumstance and outcome has been because of the way that you were thinking, so change the way that you think, and you can change your life.

As Jim Roth famously said, you cannot hire someone else to do your press ups.

I totally agree with you and wrote a blog about this on my site not to no ago. Though it is hard to change a mindset that has been a certain way for along time, it is still doable. It takes great discipline and strength. Once you practice this new mindset for a while it becomes habit. Thanks for sharing.

Somewhere in your subconscious mind there
is a little voice telling you that you cannot change,
Have you tried meditation,
some people will tell that they have tried it,
and it did not work, because they gave up
after a few times of trying.
like everything in life it takes
Practice Practices Practice.
I know for certain that it does work.

Thank you Martin, yes I do meditate every day before bedtime, about 15-25 min. I often become a kind of weightless, I will keep on doing it:)
