Hey there,
It is official that AI search blurbs are taking over.
Whether you're using Bing Copilot or noticing those new AI-generated summaries in Google search, one thing is clear, search is evolving fast. And if we want our content to stay visible, we’ve got to evolve with it.
That used to stress me out, but now I’m treating it as a creative challenge. I’ve been running small tests using tips I picked up from Jay’s training (if you know, you know 😉), and it’s actually working.
I’ve started showing up mainly in Copilot and DuckDuckGo blurbs across multiple keywords and also citing Internet Incomes which is my site I'm working on for Bootcamp!
I was going to add a screenshot but I don't want to share that part right now, sorry, lol, I can't give away all my secrets for free 🤣

So what’s working?
- I’ve been using clear list-style headings (like Top 10, Best Of, How To)
- Adding short summaries and/or lists near the top of my articles
- Keeping paragraphs tight and easy to scan
- Answering common questions directly
- And writing in a natural, helpful tone like I’m talking to a real person (because I am)
None of this is about gaming the system. It’s about aligning with how people search now. AI doesn’t just pull random stuff; it pulls what it sees as trustworthy, clear, and structured. And that’s something we can actually influence.
Even with all the changes happening, here’s the mindset shift that helped me:
📌 I’m not writing for AI. I’m writing for people but in a way AI can easily understand and serve up.
This is especially important if you’re blogging in a niche like pets, parenting, wellness, or any area where readers are looking for help, not hype. That’s why I’ve leaned heavily into creating content that answers real questions my readers have, backed by my own experience.
At the end of the day, don't let this tech boom intimidate you. Start experimenting one step at a time.
Pay attention to what you see in search results. Try little shifts and track what happens. And keep sharing your unique voice, because that’s still what breaks through the noise.
Anyone else trying to rank in AI blurbs? What are you noticing? Let’s learn from each other.
