Affiliate Bootcamp Update - Thanksgiving Week - Happy Thanksgiving!
Hey there,
It’s Thanksgiving week here in the U.S., and I’ve been taking time to slow down a bit and reflect. I also wanted to share an update on my progress.
As of today, my website has seen 486 visitors this month which is more than double the previous period. I’m excited to see that growth, especially since I’ve been testing a few new strategies behind the scenes. One of the biggest shifts I’ve been working on is figuring out how to use Facebook more effectively.

Following along with Affiliate Bootcamp has us focused on dollar ads with Facebook and now with Black Friday we're really diving into promoting in this way.
Last week, my Facebook page was featured in the “Hot Seat,” which was definitely unexpected, but I learned a lot. I got that my calls-to-action (CTAs) need to be stronger, so I’ve been studying both CTAs and hooks more closely. I think I have a better handle on hooks so far, but I know both can improve.
My reservation is trying to not sound spammy but I'm working on it.
I’m still waiting on my first referral, but I’ve been restructuring a lot of my site and content to be more appealing to both human readers and AI. That part has actually been going really well as some of my content has started showing up in AI search results, which I think is a good sign that things are heading in the right direction.
I’ve also started using Pinterest as part of my strategy, and it’s already bringing some visibility to my content. It's encouraging to see these small steps making a difference.
Although I haven’t published much lately, I did manage to post a new review after taking a short break to focus on learning and restructuring. I tend to be someone who prefers to deeply understand something before moving too fast, so my process can take a little longer. But I want to build something meaningful and sustainable.
Thank you for your patience, encouragement, and kind messages. They truly mean more than you may realize. And to those celebrating, Happy Thanksgiving from both the U.S. and my home, Bermuda.

Your time of slowing down and thinking about things sounds like confidence growing! I think often we push forward when some slowing down and thinking is needed. Congratulation on your progress.

I hear you, I tend to go slow too. But you still did a post, that's good. And you are making progress on getting visitors. Something I still need to do with my brand new website.
It's always good to hear about someone's progress. It's inspiring and gives hope to those who are not doing as well. Thank you for that hope.
We're a day late, but Happy Thanksgiving to you! And Happy Black Friday!
