Having smart goals are essential to your success.

S – Specific and Significant
M – Measurable and Meaningful
A – Attainable and Action-Oriented
R – Relevant and Rewarding
T – Time-bound and Track-able

Goal setting is a powerful process for thinking about your ideal future, and for motivating yourself to turn your vision of your desired future into reality.

Vague goals or just an idea of what you want will get you absolutely nowhere.

Be precise, clear and concise when setting your goals!!! Take note of this, as it is truly essential to your success.

Let me as you this, if you don't even know exactly what it is that you want, then how on earth should God, or the universe or whatever or whoever you believe in know what to give you?

Its the same as someone asking you for something, then you ask what it is that they want, and they reply to you saying they want something.... if this person is not specific as to what they want from you, how will you ever know what to give them?

Take time to set smart goals that motivates you. Write your goals on paper, or make a vision board, keep it where you can regularly see it, and repeat it to yourself on a daily basis. Then take action and stick to it.

Don't ever give up and don't ever loose sight of your goals. Be persistent and determined to succeed.
