WordPress HTTP Error
There has been many times when I am trying to quickly finish a post and the last thing I am doing is adding images. Then I see the dreaded image above.
It gets so frustrating when I continue to add images and have no idea why they don't work.
I have finally figured out why my images won't load, and I wanted to share with you, so you don't go through the same frustration that I have.
When you save an image, if you use any special characters in the title when saving, you won't be able to upload your image onto your website in WordPress.
In the example above, I used an apostrophe. When I removed the apostrophe, it worked.
Hope this saves you some time.

Yep I had that problem before as well. I named my picture "Lin Dan's badminton racket" and it just wouldn't upload. There's a few other reasons as well. Sometimes I got it because I uploaded an .svg or .webp file, so if anyone is reading, that's a no-no. Sometimes it's random as well. I try it in one tab and it doesn't work, and then I try it on a new tab and it suddenly works. The tech stuff can really be quite quirky. This post will definitely help a lot of people when they're getting started.
It can be really frustrating. There has been several times where I have spent over an hour trying to figure it out. Today I finally figured it out.

That will definitely save frustration in the future if I encounter this. Thanks!
