Can I ask what plugin it was?
This is a list of what plugins you cannot add. Boost Your Site's Performance: Understanding Plugin Restrictions at Wealthy Affiliate Also, earlier, someone else had this very same issue, and they've been to site support for a resolution.

Thank you for your response, but I can't add any plugin, it shows only this message on the plugins page. Normaly it shows recommended plugins.
Someone else had this issue earlier (their situation was resolved) - I suggest you contact site support - help tab top menu.
