Progress: The foundations have been laid.

Thanks to this encouraging community and the solid training so far the foundations ares being laid for my business since joining only a few days ago. I truly believe there is no time like the present, so why wait any longer?

The foundations of the skyscraper have been laid.

Very happy to say that I've completed the Level 2 training. I'll admit that I've skipped through some of the chapters as I'm not using Wordpress or the hosting here, and I already have the domain and email address set up. I've watched the keyword training a few times as it's just pure gold.

The idea of my blog was created a couple of years ago, I built a homepage, but never did anything with it, and certainly didn't know a thing about monetising it.

I've redeisgned the site from scratch and made it very scaleable, and the content ideas have been formed. I have a clear perspective of the kind of people I want to target, but I'll watch the analytics to see how it develops as it grows.

Social media accounts have been created, branded email marketing campaigns have been set up to be automated each week with the new content that has been created. Once the site goes live I'll be applying for affiliate accounts and Google Adsense acounts.

Time to invest in some bricks

Creating and adding the content with the keywords I have researched is the next step. Once launched I may post on the site feedback section for some, well, feed-a-back.

I'm not sure how my writing style will come across on the site, I hope to make it genuine and persoanl which will help build that trust so that people buy/clicks the affiliate links.
