One day, or Day one?

"One day, or day one?"

The above quote I acted on last year. Our friends went into property development and succeeded the year before. They shared this quote asking anyone to comment Day one and they would help them, and I said "Day one, let's do it too"

They offered us support in how to find properties without using our own money, using investors, so off I went. I worked hard, spoke to agents, found cheap properties, made lots of offers until finally, after 3 months of hard work we had an offer accepted and an investor lined up! Excited wasn't the word.

Then they disappeared. Stopped returning our calls, "Oh we're busy but we'll be in touch to let you know what to do next"

Why did they disappear?

Well the likely truth is this: They paid a lot of money for their knowledge and training, and even though they offered, we were going to take it for free (we offered a cut of the profits on the re-sale of the property).

Looking back I was disappointed as we had to pull out of the sale because of fear, because our lack of knowledge gave us that fear. Now I understand why they probably did.

You don't get anything for free. Except a great little starter session on WA perhaps.

This time I've stumbled early on what seems an amazing opportunity to earn some nice amount of money. I've not fallen for any scams, and I've been here a few days and spent a lot of time reading to allure my skepticism.

I need to invest in myself, take the time and do what's necessary. And time is what I have plenty of. (Grammar Nazis, take note, I started a sentence with "And")

When I'm on the edge of success, WA is unlikely to cut me off like my friends did, unless I insult someone in here, which is highly unlikely... I'm the most tolerant guy I know! :-)

I'm happy to now be a premium member, albeit for about 6 minutes. I'm looking forward to what the future will reward me with. The BIGGEST thing I need to be is patient.

I'm going to share my goal now, so when I've reached it, which I will, I can come back here and post again:

• £50 per day profit ($65 USD) within 12 months
• £100 per day profit ($130 USD) within two years.

When I reach the second figure, I will be ecstatic. I'm going to put as much time as is necessary, I can realistically put in around 30 hours per week.
