Breathe and remember WHY?
Sometimes i find myself getting so into all the fancy feature and design stuff about my website that i forget what my main goal is and why I am doing this in the first place. I think its easy to forget why you began something which is why i think its really important to stay on course by stepping back, breathing and remind myself why i am doing what i am doing.
Yes i would like to make money with my site who doesn't? But on a deeper level what i really want is to share my knowledge and experience in hopes that someone gains something from it. The positive emotional feedback of someone genuinely appreciating what you have created or your knowledge/experience is worth way more than any money in my opinion and i hope that others on here haven't lost sight of that.
So those are my thoughts for today maybe they were helpful maybe not either way let me know what you think.
Thanks for reading!

Hi Mark
It is so easy to get bogged down with your design, especially in the begining trying to get that exact shade of colour or whatever etc.
In the scheme of things it is your content that is the most important.
That first genuinely appreciative comment left by any visitor is one of the most uplifting experiences in my opinion.
The time and emotion that you have used in creating that content and then find it actually stirs some one enough to write a comment on how it is useful to or helped them
Wow ! That IS success!

Great share Mark. I think you are finding what I feel is true success. When we can reach out and help someone else. That is a lasting service. Many of our deeds good or bad will be here long after we are gone.
Thank you :)
