Progress Update. You Can Trust Me Google, I Swear
Hey Guys,
Thought I would write out a quick blog as I have now been here for over 2 weeks.
> I am currently on what is regarded as the tipping point of 12 posts on my side. Anything under this will not get much traffic, so I am hoping to start see some Organic traffic within the next week or so.
> I have completed all 5 levels of the Certification Course and put into action all of the steps. Awesome training btw!
> I have wrote a post a day and I hope to do so for the foreseeable future. My only worry is that I run out of things to write about after 80 posts, but I'm sure I'll think of something.
> My website health is awesome and in the green. Everything is 100% apart from Site Trust which remains 0%. Hopefully, this will start increasing slowly. Can Site Trust 0% impact on ranking?
> I have 50 comments on my site. 25 questions and 25 answers from me. Going to aim to get at least 5 comments per day from others from now on. This means in a years time I should have around 1800 comments and 1800 replies!
> I also noticed that I am on Page 1, Link 5 under the search "L-Tyrosine". Weird thing is that this isn't actually my website, it is my Google+ account with the post about L-Tyrosine. Hopefully this will lead to a little bit of traffic though!

Just read your WA blog and can relate to what you are saying. Seems like you and I joined around the same time and are about the same level of progress.
I've also had my posts up on the first page from G+ but not getting much joy from my actual website as yet.
I've put a 6-8 month time scale as a target to begin attracting organic traffic. I think any less time than then doesn't seem realistic at this stage. I may be wrong here but it at least keeps me driven during this period.
I went to your website and left you a comment on the Running post. Your articles are well written, really nice flow to them.
I would have dome some social sharing for you but didn't see and buttons. This may be on your 'to do' list.

Hi Danny,
Thanks for the advice. I am concentrating on content rather than social media apart from G+ at the minute.
When I do start taking social media a bit more seriously, I have decided to only use G+ and Pinterest. This is because they are the two that I think will help my traffic the most. I would much rather focus on putting out good content than managing 4 different social media accounts. I'm also easily distracted haha.

I managed to do it all in 2 weeks because I do not start University until next week. I have pretty much had nothing else to do haha.
I will probably slow down a bit as soon as studies start. But I still want to maintain a strong post/day ratio.
I'll go and make a post on your site now.
Hi Mark, this is a great progress. Do not worry about ideas, they will come, think about this when the time comes.
About ranking, make sure you check incognito. My feeling is your browser is playing with you. People get angry sometimes when I point out this. One replied that I was so negative but this could not shake his positive mind. Use these guidelines How to check your page ranking in google

I kind of suspected this when I saw it. In fact, I am almost certain of it now. No way will I be ranked higher than distributors such as iHerb and Holland and Barrett after a single post on G+.

Hello Markee, I am brand new to WA and a lot of what you were saying about rankings and such escapes me. However, I do know a good website when I see one and your's is very informative and easy to navigate. I'm wondering if you have shares in orders placed as a result from clicks from your site? If so kudos to you! If not perhaps you can make that happen. Overall, well done and much continued success.

If by shares in orders placed from my site you mean sales, I have not had any yet.
The site is very new so it will take a while to build up trust. I'm not even expecting any sales until December. If I get any, it will be a bonus!
