Amazing so far

What a fantastic year so far. I joined Wealthy Affiliate back in January of this year.I wanted to do something different with my life and for my family, but I didn'tknow where to start. I started where everyone else before me started, I googledit. Well I just so happened to stumble on to a site that spoke about all itwould do for me. So, I signed up only to be discouraged and fully overwhelmedwith information but still no solid idea of the direction I needed to go.
Iwoke up one day and felt very upset that I once again had to go and drive to ajob that I was very disappointed in. So off I went. Still thinking "Whatare these other people doing in affiliate marketing that I am not doing?"Oh yeah, they are making money, but why can't I? So, I googled once again tonsof affiliate websites or how to guides. I stumbled across a site that was veryintriguing. So, I signed up for Waelthy Affiliate. Still unsure of what to dothanks to the last website I found myself confused and kind of skeptical. Dayone was just the initial sign up, still kind of hesitant, and expectinginformation overload. Then I found out something that changed my mind. SelfPaced.
So,I.ve been a part of the WA community since. Now understand I am still workingon my first paycheck, but I made the decision to do it. Unfortunately, I lostmy job a couple weeks ago, so now more motivated than ever I decided to gopremium. I joined to do more classes and started the Bootcamp. Started buildingmy sites and even paid for my own website, no content yet but a work inprogress.
What’sthe point? Well I am glad you asked. This morning I woke up to an email from WAand I was so excited I had to share. I got my Google badge this morning. Yep itis official I am online. I just needed to share this with you all because Iknow it can be discouraging to some, and that's OK because this is new. We wantinstant wealth and it doesn't happen and we stop or give up. I haven't made adime, in fact I spent money to get to this point, but it's a point in the rightdirection. It's the little things or milestones that make a huge difference, Isee results maybe not the results I want to see but results nonetheless.Someone once said, "If You aim for the moon and miss, at least you areamong the stars." Aim for the moon. Try it. If you fail, at the end of theday you can at least say that you did try. 100% of people that don't try don'tsucceed. WA wants you to succeed, I want you to succeed. It's possible. I meanlast month I was a mechanic working a job I hated, today I'm writing a blog totell you how excited I am. Go figure.
