Amazon Affiliates Phone error :-(

Hi Team,
Update on my progress ,week 3.
Today i spend a good part of my day trying to add my phone number on Amazon Affiliates, and it keep getting stuck somewhere. I've been through the process of a Sign Up maybe 5 times by now....It's just hilarious that I've signed up so many times and still am not able to open an account with Amazon.Had to share the experience!
Something keeps happening when i enter the final stage of my sign up- page 4- I've tried different phone numbers,differently typed them,with dashes,without dashes,with a zero,without a zero,and i always get "Wait one hour and try again" at the end.

They are international phone numbers i am trying to add and and it's so confusing why it wont add them and except at least one number,this is not the first time using the numbers on Amazon.
I made purchases before using them,so why won't they call me to get the pin?
I guess with Amazon Affiliates(as with everything in life)patience is a virtue. Up's and downs,days that everything flows as a river flow and days where we get stuck and stay positive for tomorrow.Grandma always says"If it wasn't meant to happen today it wont happen",that gives me comfort and i am pretty sure by tomorrow i will see my mistake it will "stab my eye" as soon as i open Amazon :-)
Yet ,any advice you give me is more than welcomed.
