Meanwhile, try to create your post on any words editor, Notepad or Words which you can copy and paste it on the site-content later.
Hope that will lessen the frustration and let you move on with the training.

That is okay, but when I used to do it in an editor, which I did, it takes a long time before I see it coming up in here. I would like to use the checking and the templates.

It sounds to me like your internet browser is having great issues with possible plugins or other software on your PC that is disturbing the process speed of info on the screen.
The comment or blog system here within WA shouldn't cost any energy of your PC to work with, nor should SiteContent cause any problem with that.
Try to do a reset of your browser:
Chrome:

FireFox:
https://www.tomsguide.com/us/reset-firefox-howto,news-18817.html
you could also scan for spyware, malware and viruses.

I have done that as well.
My guess is an Addon as you said, I cancelled a lot of them. But I need some, so I have to search again.
My thought is that I use different Browsers for different stuff to do.
Which is annoying but I don't know how to handle it otherwise.
But I try the reset again, should't be too hard to handle.
When you reset Chrome, the add-ons do not get deleted, only deactivated. That's a great thing. It means you can try out which one is bad or good to have.
