This is what I wantd to write, but even that these are my words and only mine, it was denied because of duplicate content. How is that possible? Now I share it here:
Hi Folks, I do not believe it! As much as I want to work on my blog, proud as "one can not tell", my internet connection falls apart for 5 days in a row now. I am ever so frustrated, I do not even get in touch with my support. I am very sorry for all the people who are following me and expecting answers or a follow back. I am serious about it, but please understand that, whenever I make it online I try to work on my training and my posting. I will come back and give you back what I received from you. I feel very honored for the trust you all show me on following and will spend more time for the community when I am able because of my connection and free time.

Never worry about answering members straight away. We are all aware that we are all on different time schedules PLUS many of us have offline lives that must be lived too.
As for duplicate content, I'm going to guess that you are referring to SiteContent. What exactly is it telling you that is duplicated... is it a line or two... a paragraph?
It so, simply change up the wording enough that your statement still sounds like you want it too, but that the "duplicate content" warning is appeased.
