How much content do you post a day? Help needed!

I'm intrigued to know how much everybody is posting. I keep sitting down with ideas and then when it comes to writing it, the words won't come out or I just can't seem to write enough or anything that I think is decent. If anyone could offer some advice or guidance that would be great.

I keep deleting the content because it's not good quality and my bounce rate for my site is 70% which means I'm not retaining readers.

My bounce rate for the website is currently at 71%. I'm still making $500+/month. Dont delete content, it takes time to rank in google, just write a good 1500+ article and move on to the next.

Hi Maria:

I aim to create at least one post a week and hopefully two - each at least 1,000 words.

I believe it is best to write spontaneously without worrying about the quality. Then come back and edit after you feel you have written all you can for that particular post.

First, don't delete your content. Just keep in draft mode and keep going back to it and adding, editing until it sounds reasonable. It does not have to be a masterpiece, It just has to be able to convey your idea to the reader.

Remember the purpose of the post is to simply convey the idea in an understandable way. Not to astonish them with your literary pros.

I agree with the other posters in that I create my posts by writing down exactly how I would "Tell" someone in person about the subject, without them interrupting me or asking questions. LOL.

The more conversational you can be the easier I think the writing comes.

Have a great day.

Hi do it two ways, on my WA blog I just sit and write, on my posts I do have a few on my niche in reserve, know the title, then keep adding bits until I think that it is fir to go. Sometimes I browse my stock of PLR items for inspiration. Even been known to put one onto my internal page, thn completely rewrite, it gives me inspiration.

Sometimes it helps to write if you can think of it as explaining things to someone you know, as if you were writing a letter to explain what you want to say.

I hope that is helpful.

Sheila
