That is completely normal. I am even feeling that way a little today and I have been here for years!

Just take a little break and come back to it later. Your brain needs time to absorb all the new information you're giving it.

Take your time following the training and try not to get discouraged. You are making a great investment in yourself, and we're all proud of you! The community is here to help you if you need us.

If you have a specific question you would like to know more about, never hesitate to ask. :)

As you work through the training it does get less overwhelming. Just follow the steps and give each one a go. You can ask as many questions as you need and I found using the search bar for extra info was really helpful.
